Sarah Spiker
Rainey earned her BA and MPA from Western Kentucky University. She is currently a deacon with PC-USA and an animal welfare manager. In a former life, Rainey was a collegiate debate champion, a level II certified tutor through CRLA, the Abdul H. Rifai winner at the Kentucky Political Science Association annual conference, a Crew Leader Assistant with the Census Bureau, an intern with Homeland Security at Oak Ridge National Lab, and a successful two-term campaign manager for a local city commissioner.
Rainey is a member of PETA and an advocate of spay-neuter programs. She and her husband regularly volunteer their time and home to foster rescue basset hounds. She and her husband live a semi-terrian lifestyle, limiting meat and animal byproducts in their diet. Rainey actively keeps a garden running year-round at a local community garden and in indoor planting pots.
